Domestic Shipping
We ship across India. A standard non-refundable fee of INR 150 is charged on all orders under INR 2999. Orders above INR 2999 enjoy free shipping..
International Shipping
For international orders there is a nominal charge based on the products and country we ship to. Further note, you will need to pay Customs Duty as per the duty structure of the country you reside in. Customs Duty will be at actuals, and you will need to pay the Customs Duty at the time you accept the order.
Fulfillment Time & Tracking
Our standard delivery time is 4-6 business days following order confirmation for domestic shipping. For international shipping please allow 10 to 14 business days for the courier to be delivered.
On placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking id that can be used on the courier service provider’s website to track shipment. You can also login to your account on our website and track the order status.

We accept cancellations as long as the order has not been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. For cancellation, please contact Customer Care prior to the dispatch of your order. We will respond within 24 hours of receiving your request. Cancellation of custom orders is not possible.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you accept return?
Gudgoodie has a no questions asked hassle-free return and exchange policy. We would just like you to share your order number, the information of the product(s) and, an image of the product(s) you’d like to return or exchange to qualify for the return procedure.
How can I initiate a return or exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange for your order, email us on hello@gudgoodie.com within 7 days of receiving your order. In case you wish to get a refund for a damaged or defective product, please inform us within 48 hours.
What items are returnable?
The product must be in their original condition with labels and tags intact. They must be unused, unwashed, unsoiled without any stains or damages. Re-use the original packaging, including cloth bag for proper care and protection.
How long will it take to process my return?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 – 7 working days after approval.
How will I receive my refund?
Returns are refunded in the original payment mode excluding shipping and handling. For COD orders please mention your bank account number/IFSC code/bank name and address information while raising your request.
Are returns free?
We will refund the full cost of the product and both way shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product. If the product is not defective, flat return shipping fees of INR 200 will be applicable.
What happens if an item ordered is out of stock/you are unable to fulfill my order?
Our team will get in touch with you and a refund request will be put in motion.
What items are non-refundable?
Gift cards, discounted & sale items will be marked as “final sale” and are not eligible for return.
